Return & Refund Policy

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Maybe the item wasn’t what you expected, or you just changed your mind. No problem. Here’s how returns and refunds work at CLARK & CO.

Changed your mind?
You’ve got 7 days from the day you receive your order to send it back.

Just make sure:

The item is unused

It’s still in the original packaging

We don’t accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or have missing parts.

How to Start a Return
It’s easy:

Tell us your order number and what you’d like to return

We’ll reply with instructions and the return address

Please don’t send anything back until you hear from us. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Who Pays for Shipping?
If the return is because of our mistake (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
If it’s a change of mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping yourself.

Refunds
Once we get the item and check that it’s in good shape, we’ll issue your refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method

It can take 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank

We’ll email you as soon as it’s done.

Exchanges?
We don’t do direct exchanges. If you want something else, the fastest way is to return your item and place a new order.
